Britta Kruse strategically crafted a Rule 21 Petition to the Colorado Supreme Court challenging a trial court ruling on discovery production that severely compromised the attorney-client privilege. The petition was granted, and Britta followed up with a compelling reply brief, so compelling, in fact, the supreme court issued an order just two weeks later unequivocally granting relief to the defense and maintaining the sanctity of the privileged materials.  Way to go, Britta!
